Smart nursing home personnel management system
▼ SystemIntroduction
This system is a complete and efficient intelligent management system developed using wireless sensor networks and RFID radio frequency identification technology, by installing RFID hardware and corresponding functional software, targeting the actual situation of elderly management.
▼ System Features
(1) Advanced RFID device technology
RFIDActive tag technology can read data through external materials; Long service life, capable of working in harsh environments; Read at a longer distance; Can write and access data, with fast write time; The content of the tag can be dynamically changed; Capable of processing multiple tags simultaneously; The data access of tags is password protected, providing higher security; It is possible to track and locate objects attached to tags.
(2) This system has a high level of maturity
Having low cost Low power consumption Stability and confidentiality characteristics, capable of independent operation without relying on other systems. Fully consider the network host. Operating system Reliability and security design of databases, etc.
(3) Good compatibility and scalability
Adopting advanced computer application technology, it has good scalability. An open architecture and a long-term lifecycle can meet the needs of developing new features in the future; The data obtained by the system through GPRS or serial port can be seamlessly connected to the system.
▼ System Overview
1)Distribute a keycard or wristband tag to each elderly person, which stores a unique ID number as the person's unique identifier. The tag can also store simple information about the person, such as name, apartment, room, contact information, and children's information;
2)Install IoT omnidirectional monitors on important roads, lakes, and other areas within the community to achieve personnel positioning and judgment.
3)By recording the information read by the omnidirectional monitor of the Internet of Things, it is possible to locate the area for all elderly people. By connecting all the card readers that the elderly have passed through, the approximate route of the person can be determined, and historical trajectory queries are supported.
4)Deploy IoT directional monitors at the entrances and exits of the community to achieve functions such as elderly entry and exit judgment and recording of elderly entry and exit time.
▼ SkillCan achieve
▼ Elderly management
E Distribute a card or wristband tag to each elderly person, which stores a unique ID number that can uniquely identify the elderly person, as well as simple information about the elderly person such as name, apartment, room, contact information, and children's information; Other detailed information is stored in the backend database corresponding to this ID number for management personnel to query and access.
E Because the card tag is active and constantly sends signals, each elderly person holding the card tag reads the tag content when entering their work range.
E After the card reader reads the information, it sends the data to the system's upper computer through the communication interface, and compares it with the information of the elderly person in the upper computer. If the information of the elderly person matches the information in the background database, it can enter smoothly;
E Timely collect information on all elderly people in the community. If an elderly person experiences physical or other conditions, they can press the button to call the police, and the monitoring center can immediately know their location information.
E Video linkage function can be optionally selected. After a button alarm occurs, the system analyzes the location of the elderly person and automatically calls nearby cameras to check the situation.
▼ Full area positioning
When each elderly person holding an electronic card tag enters the corresponding area, the IoT omnidirectional monitor on each road reads the tag, determines which area they are in, locates them, and sends the elderly person's information to the control terminal upper computer through the communication interface. The upper computer records the elderly person's movement trajectory and can locate the area. Monitoring personnel can query the location of a certain elderly person's area through the upper computer.
▼ Button alarm/shaking wristband alarm (optional)
Each wristband tag and card tag comes with a button. If an elderly person experiences a physical condition, they can sound an alarm through the button. The alarm signal will be sent to the monitoring center through an IoT omnidirectional monitor, and their location will be displayed on an electronic map. The intercom system will also notify nearby staff to come and check.
▼ View the route of travel
When an elderly person holding an electronic tag passes through the card readers arranged in various areas, the card readers will record the information and appearance time of the tag at that time. By connecting these passing card readers, one can roughly determine the route of the personnel's movement.
▼ Entry and exit records of the community
After the elderly holding electronic tags pass through the entrance and exit of the community, the system will automatically record the entry and exit time of their electronic tags, the name of the elderly person, etc., for later query.
